That actually was ignorant of me, because i was looking it up a few weeks ago whether u needed lessons to be successfull, turns out you do ;D I think what i meant is whether you have lessons or not, some people just can't sing. And i know that the voice is an instrument that you can strengthen and train, because that's how opera singers etc do it. Scales, warm ups. I knew all that cause i did acting school ages ago. I'm really sorry, Forgive me xox thankyou.

sorry i don't even remember saying that LOL. However yes i agree with you but i never had trouble with vibrato. I didn't think singers needed lessons because i never had lessons and haven't had trouble with it even though i dont think im very good.

bonsbooty, the voice is an instrument just like any other, with lessons and practice, anyone can learn how to use it properly, and saying that 'real singers' dont have lessons is not only egotistical, it's also extremely ignorant and a stupid thing to say.You honestly think someone like Luciano Pavarotti wasnt a trained singer?let me guess,he wasn't a "real" singer.I can't stand people who berate lessons just because they think they're better than they are and are too lazy to bother with lessons...

I've had a lot of singers who wouldn't have found their vibrato if they hadn't taken singing lessons. Some needed 3 years, and some needed only a few months to find their vibrato. I've also had students creating vibrato the wrong way. Even if you can naturally do vibrato without any lessons, it might not be exactly right. Doing it the wrong way probably won't drastically harm your voice, since most vibrato is natural and healthy, but you could really be missing out on your BEST vibrato.

well, that's true with any instrument

i feel that everyone can sing with practice but not everyone can sing and be just amazing

I do appreciate the apology, which is accepted, no hard feelings, however I'm inclined to disagree with your view that not everyone can sing, because while I'll concede that some people are definitely more 'tone-deaf' than others, with enough practice and training, even though it may take much longer, anyone can sing adequately, even somewhat well best of luck

You look like Horatio Sans.
