Norwegian sub-junior powerlifter Carl Yngvar Christensen. IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) Completed 4 world records at the Norwegian sub-/junior nationals in Ganddal 16. November 2008. Class: 125 kg.+/SHW sub-junior Squat: 350 kg./771 lbs. Benchpress: 233,5 kg./514 lbs. Deadlift: 317,5 kg./700 lbs. Total = 901 kg./1,986 lbs. Enjoy! He has a 200 kg. raw benchpress in traning also. he was a pretty good snowboarder before! :) hes way to heavy now though. But he got potensial to be athletic to.

How old is this kid??? He is a beast! Is he athletic? If I was a football coach I would be drooling over this kid and trying to bring him to the states.

go ahead and try it yourselves then! there is just no way :P This kid holds all 4 world records and i think he is a GREAT example of the VIKING POWER! Just imagine what a progress he can make.. I think he has a great future with in powerlifting! :) GREAT vid ;)

detta er uten tvil det beste talente jeg har sett i norsk styrkeløft! så også at han hadde mye mer inne.. han pressa seg ikke i det heletatt:P kjempe imponerende!

What really impressed me was how deep he squated (far deeper than parallel and didnt use a very wide stance).
