Check out the crime rates of the eastern european countries then? I think its crime to murder ratio, Ireland peaked a year or two ago at 0.04%, Lativa was 10.5% prob similar for lithuania, the romanian prime minister more or less came out and said he cant put manners on his people.

Chaning black & white with coloured fotos, excessive use of the so-called "Ken-Burns-Effect" (showing sections of fotos) ist far away from a video! Motion picture should not be reduced in simly presenting fotos. But: good sound, thank's for this work!
